Economic stamp of approval

Masterlord Office Village gained recognition as one of the first real “office village locations “today when a party or 29 senior Economic Development officers visited to inspect the 6.5 acre site.

Representives from the Economic Development offices of Ipswich Borough, Mid Suffolk, Suffolk Coastal, Waveney District, Forest Heath, Suffolk County and Babergh District Councils as well as Suffolk Development Agency and East of England Development Agency attended the inspection.

Since its conception in 2005 the 6.5 acre office village has grown from an initial single terrace of 900 sq ft units to a substantial office village comprising 75 units varing in size from 900 to 15000 sq ft.

The office village is now home to over 50 new businesses including : shipping, finance, insurance, photo copying, designers, software, marketing, agents, and many others who work and trade together in this attractive and economically friendly environment.

The stylish modern units all offer an individual identity to their occupiers with on site parking , excellent access and communications as well as Italian style cafe and private gym.
