Coming Soon - Epsilon House Landmark Expansion

The unprecedented success of the Epsilon House Business Centre has encouraged Masterlord Estates to move forwards with their exciting plans to double the size and create a landmark business centre on a scale not yet seen in East Anglia.

The new business centre will have a three storey glazed atrium linking the existing Epsilon House and the new Omega house . The atrium will be accessed through automatic electric security doors linking to the modern open plan reception area and guest welcome facilities.

On each of the three floors the individual offices of various sizes will all have full height windows to create an open Scandanavian feeling of space . They will all benefit from easy access to communal kitchen and toilet facilities including showers on each floor.

Within the glazed atrium there will be a tenants open plan break out and meeting area on each floor with views over the reception.
